MATERIAL: Hot dip Galvanized Steel is what makes up the THRIFTY FLAME STOP "G". Prime quality rust resistant zinc coated grade of sheet steel combines both utility and beauty. Also available in 430 Stainless Steel - Thrifty Flame Stop “S”. Two layers of vertical baffles are designed to drain grease into the collecting trough below. Grease buildup is eliminated and flame penetration is held to an absolute minimum.
Maximum temperature is 450 degrees F.
