Foam Filter
CONSTRUCTION: Frame shall be formed Aluminum channel, securely connected with heavy rivets. Filter shall consist of a flat piece of 30 ppi foam, enclosed between two pieces of .020 Aluminum mesh. Media is rated at 300 FPM at 0.5 w.g. with a dust holding capacity of 118 grams and average arrestants of 69%. MATERIAL: Filter frame consists of .025 Aluminum joined with Aluminum rivets. The frame shall be punched to facilitate proper drainage when cleaning. The maximum temperature range on the Smith Foam Filter is 250
degrees F.
APPLICATIONS: An excellent filter in filtering out small dust particles in computers and other high technological equipment. Can be used in machinery applications, vents, air cleaners and other filter uses where a permanent filter would be advantageous.
